My Favorite Chocolate Cookie
Sometimes a chocolate craving hits and nothing else will do. These little morsels of goodness lie somewhere between a cookie and a brownie, and I might just prefer them to both. They have a lovely sugary crust containing a fudge-y, cake-y interior and can be kept in the fridge or freezer to bake off whenever the mood strikes, ensuring they are fresh every time.
The method here is fairly straight forward, just be sure not to over bake them or they will be dry and hard rather than soft and ever so slightly gooey.
