Cabbage and Bacon Spaghetti
I love seeing all the beautiful cabbages at this time of the year. I especially love savoy cabbage, with its lovely wrinkled leaves, for this dish. It is one of my favourite ways to cook cabbage, which pairs so effortlessly with bacon and sour cream or creme fraiche. You can stir it though pasta, as I have here, or serve it as is- it makes a very good side dish, especially if you add a splash of white wine while cooking, for roast chicken.
